At Kilcock GAA, we know firsthand that we are stronger together. 🏐🥎

The continued delays regarding the integration of our Gaelic Games associations are deeply frustrating to witness at a grassroots level. Here at Kilcock, we fully embraced the One Club model in 2017, and for nearly a decade now our community has grown from strength to strength. All our members — female and male,  juvenile and adult — have shared equal access, equal opportunity, and an equal voice in the running of our club.

We know integration comes with real logistical and structural challenges, but we also know they are not insurmountable. If local clubs across the country can sit down, find practical solutions, and make it work on the ground for our members, then our county boards, provincial councils, and national associations can surely do the same.

While it is reassuring to hear the national bodies reaffirm their commitment, the message from the grassroots at congress remains unchanged: the membership has spoken and given a clear mandate to get on with the job.

We need to move past this impasse and build the future our games deserve. Our vision is simple and clear:

One Association
One Membership
Zero Barriers

Let’s end the delays and deliver an association that represents all members equally. We are one community, and we are stronger as one. 🟢🟡
